Baking to Reduce Stress!

I recently started baking as part of my lifestyle to promote healthier living and manage stress. Not only has it been an enjoyable and creative outlet, but it has also helped me save money—an added bonus for peace of mind! While I wouldn’t call myself an expert baker, it’s a fun and rewarding activity that allows me to improve my skills over time.


My focus is on healthier living, but I don’t stress over counting calories. Instead, I make mindful ingredient swaps to create better-for-you treats without sacrificing flavor. I’ve been experimenting with whole wheat flour, almond flour, and coconut flour, which have made a noticeable difference. I often follow recipes but tweak them to fit my needs—cutting back on sugar and oil while still achieving delicious results.


I love food and the joy it brings, so I refuse to let numbers take away from that. Instead, I focus on balance—choosing healthier ingredients and managing portion sizes in a way that works for me.
